Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure we provide the best possible service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment 2. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. 3. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you may be charged 100% of the service cost. 4. Deposits Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to rescheduled appointments if the cancellation policy is followed. 5. Running Late? If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply. We value your time and appreciate your understanding as we strive to accommodate all of our clients. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.
